Community Futures Shuswap is an independent organization, locally run and guided by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected from within the Shuswap region. Our team respects your uniqueness and offers personalized services and offerings, making us different from other lenders.

Community Futures is the only community-driven, non-profit business loan and development organization made up of 34 offices throughout rural BC. Community Futures Network of BC is mandated to support small business development and rural economic diversification in British Columbia. We work with community and business leaders to foster rural economic growth and are partners in building sustainable communities. Different than a bank, Community Futures uses alternate lending criteria, focusing on rural development and providing financing to local businesses.
